- Deselect: Ctrl + D
- Add image in layer: Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V
- Zoom In: Ctrl + +
- Zoom Out: Ctrl + -
- Undo: Ctrl + Z
- Redo: Ctrl + Shift + Z
- Fill Background Color: Ctrl + Backspace
- Fill Foreground Color: Alt + Backspace
- Move Selection While Drawing: Select shape and Shift (for moving within selection)
- Perfect Shape Selection: Select shape and Shift + Alt (for a perfect shape, release mouse first, not Shift + Alt)
- Auto Create New Layer: Ctrl + J
- Show Transform Controls (Resize): Ctrl + T
- Open File: Ctrl + O
How to Change Image Background:
- Select Image: Use the Quick Selection Tool (W) or Object Selection Tool (under Quick Selection Tool in the toolbar). Make sure the layer is unlocked.
- Duplicate Layer: Press Ctrl + J (no need to inverse the selection).
- Remove Background: Delete or mask the unwanted background layer.
- Add New Background: Insert or paint a new background layer.
